libfplll2 software package provides Library for LLL-reduction of Euclidean lattices, runtime, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfplll2
libfplll2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfplll2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfplll2 *
You will get with libfplll2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
